Description MATERIALS: Cotton cloth.
CONSTRUCTION: Hand Block printed, resist dyed ,Chemical dyes.
MOTIFS: Khaski, jharmar, putalia, rajawadi and singhKamal phul.
COLOURS : Red and black
STYLE REMARKS: Some traditional blocks have been simplified. Portrayal of animals such as dogs is unusual.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Worn by Kanbi elder women. To be stitched in L-shape. Worn as combination of ghaghro and odhani.
CULTURAL REMARKS: Border patterns are fixed but field patterns vary. Patterns and colour and determined by age.
