Description MATERIALS: Cotton cloth
CONSTRUCTION: Hand Block printed, Wax resist ,Chemical dyes.
MOTIFS: Kaski, Kachbo buto, Rajawadi, Charakhli.
COLOURS : Blue and white.
STYLE REMARKS: Blue and white is old colour combination amoung Kanbis, used by young women, The Charakhli pattern is also meant for young women. Wax resist was done in Bela and Mundra for heavy fabrics.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE:
CULTURAL REMARKS: This cloth is lighter than traditional. Indigo was probably originally used.
