CONSTRUCTION: Drawn work, embr : satin, Romanian, chain stitches.
MOTIFS: Laher.
STYLE REMARKS: khadla, border with Romanian st., used for rumal.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Bride makes it for future groom, sent between engagement & wedding in exchange for ornaments, filled with supari etc. In wedding groom wears it with a small dagger.
CULTURAL REMARKS: Elaborate tassels particular to this community, concept of batuvo prevalent in many communities of this region-shape varies.
