Description 
|
MATERIALS: Mashru and Cotton cloth, cotton and silk threads, beads, buttons, tassels and mirrors.
CONSTRUCTION: Hand stitched, embroidered, square chain, cretan, buttonhole filling, herringbone, detached chain and interlaced stitches.
MOTIFS: Popti, ghodi goitto, sudo and makodiyun.
COLOURS : Multicoloured on Orange .
STYLE REMARKS: Sudo and gotto are derieved from Mochi embroidery. Note that hindoni and mirror are done with two different technique.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: The camel is the original source of Rabari livelihood and still culturally important. For ceremonial occasions, a camel was elaborately decorated with embroidered, appliqued and twined trappings.
CULTURAL REMARKS: To be used with other camel trappings.
