Description 
MATERIALS: Drill cloth, cotton threads and string. CONSTRUCTION: Machine stitched, hand embroidered, back, interlaced, detached chain and type of drawn work. MOTIFS: Mindadi, kagra, makodiyun, karoliyun, vichhi, lodan mor, sudo and geometric patterning. COLOURS : Multicoloured on white. STYLE REMARKS: a single thread is used for bakhiya. Note that the style reflects the bold outlined motifs popular in Rabari chain stitch embroidery today. Bakhiya is reserved for women's blouses and men's kediya. Motifs seem to be traditional to piece. Name is stitched in English. CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Similar jackets are worn by all Rabaris. The style appears to have come from Rajasthan, where it is worn by many communities. CULTURAL REMARKS: Stylistic details vary from commuity to community Generally, young men wear kediyun with denser gathers. This would be worn with a wrapped lower garment, pachhedi and a money belt.
