Description MATERIALS: Cotton cloth, glass beads cowries, mirrors, buttons, tassels.
CONSTRUCTION: Beaded, three bead net, three dimensional construction and single bead net.
MOTIFS: Flowere made of cowrie with mirror in centre.
COLOURS : Multicoloured.
STYLE REMARKS: Short neck and tail are typical of Kachhi version.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Hung over baby's craddle.
CULTURAL REMARKS: This parrot toy is common throughout Sindh, Kachchh and Saurashtra.
