Description 
MATERIALS: Cotton cloth, cotton and silk threads, mirrors, ties. CONSTRUCTION: Machine stitched., embroidered; with ruffles ; chain interlaced, cretan, back, fishbone, buttonhole filling , herringbone, interlaced chain . MOTIFS: Popti, tak bawaliyun, makodiyun, kali tak ni jharmar, kungari walo goto. COLOURS : Multicoloured on black with red and white. STYLE REMARKS: The fine chain stitch and use of many accent stitches is the oldest existent Rabari style in Kachchh. CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Rabari were Originally camel herders and the camel is sacred to them. Therefore they elaborately decorate camels at festival times such as wedding. CULTURAL REMARKS: Today the groom's party comes by truck. Therefore the custom of decorating camels has long ago been abandoned. Unt no toplo, Camel hat.
